Returns on non-working stock items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All non-working returns are subject to a 20% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee after 30 days.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
Damaged packaging should be reinforced as best as possible.
The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection.
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs are paid by G3D. No credits are issued on shipping costs & G3D will not reimburse for brokerage or custom costs.
Detailed pictures of return product and packaging should be submitted prior to shipping back your return.
Return authorization number will be provided for you to reference on shipment. (Please print the authorization letter and include in the return shipment)

G3D Will always replace a damaged unit free of charge covered under your 1 year warranty, non-defective must be returned within 5 days of delivery or subject to higher return fee. Please create a ticket under support to expedite any issues with your order.
